If this is the first payment you are making on this reservation, even if it is a payment for the full amount, you must choose INITIAL PAYMENT.

Minimum $100

Insurance/Travel Protection is highly recommended, and cannot be added on after deposit is paid. If insurance is waived, portions of package price may be non-refundable, even in the case of weather issues, flight cancellations, or resort closures; please ask for details. If you are choosing insurance, please make sure to include the insurance cost with initial deposit amount. If insurance is added, it must be for all guests on the reservation; cannot be split. Failure to add insurance cost to deposit payment will result in the insurance NOT being included in your package. Insurance cost is non-refundable.

IMPORTANT: If this is a check or debit card, please check with your bank that you are not exceeding a daily spending limit on the card. Most banks have a daily limit regardless of amount of funds in the account, and exceeding this limit will cause a decline.
The card security code is located on the back of credit or debit cards and is typically a separate group of 3 digits (4 for Amex) to the right of the signature strip.
IMPORTANT: Third party credit cards (a card not in the name of one of the passengers) are NOT accepted for initial payment when travel is within 50 days. Please contact your Travel Consultant for options.

By submitting, you certify that you are the cardholder and are authorizing Berwick Vacations or its chosen Tour Operator/Supplier to charge the listed amount to the credit card. You certify that you have verified that all information contained in the confirmation you received is accurate. You also certify you have read the Terms & Conditions and the appropriate Travel Protection Plan details. Cancellation penalties may apply. Insurance cost is not refundable.

Please note that you will not see a charge from Berwick Vacations on your credit card statement; the charge will come from our supplier (Travel Impressions or Funjet Vacations, for example) and/or the airline directly (American or Delta, for example.) Payment may take 7-10 business days to fully process and be reflected on your statement. Use of an airline-branded credit card or other benefit enabled card for a package purchase is not applicable for any airline-specific perks (free baggage, preferred boarding zone, etc.).

Payments must be received on your due date no later than 5PM ET weekdays/2PM ET Saturdays (or the time listed on your confirmation, whichever is earlier) or will be considered late, and rates/availability may not be able to be guaranteed.

By submitting payment and becoming an existing client of Berwick Vacations you consent to the collection and use of your email address by us for future promotional emails that deal with promotions and specials we are offering. Any promotional e-mails we send will have an “Unsubscribe” option. All of the contact information that we collect is protected against unapproved access, and we will not share your e-mail address with any other company or individual.

Municipal Fee in Riviera Maya

The Municipality of Solidaridad has launched a new eco tax to help maintain the beaches and ecosystem in the Riviera Maya. Upon check out the hotels will be collecting 20.00 Mexican Pesos per room per night (approximately $1.14 USD as of 12/1/17), effective January 1, 2018. This is not covered by any all-inclusive plan.
