This was our 3rd trip to an Excellence Resort and this resort lived up to it’s name “Excellence”. The layout of Excellence Playa Mujeres was very easy to get around. There were pool areas that were more private for those who prefer to be away from the activities. For those who like to be active, they had plenty of activities going on each day (try an ocean kayak or a sail on their three Hobie Cat catamarans or go scuba diving with their excellent program (scuba is extra cost, but very reasonable) .
The main pool area had plenty of places to lay out. Out of all the resorts we’ve ever been to, Excellence Playa Mujeres had more palapas/sheltered areas both around the pools and on the beach. We never felt like we had to run out early in the morning in order to get a good seat-and the resort was pretty well booked for that week. There were several areas to get towels and they kept fresh ones out there throughout the day.
I don’t know what kind of screening the employees at Excellence Playa Mujeres have to go through, but every encounter we had-from the cleaning people to the wait staff, to the pool area, beach area, water sports all the way up to management-was nothing but professional. They were so friendly, polite, helpful and just the right sense of humor.
All of the eight dinner restaurants (Mediterrean, Italian, Asian, French, Steak, Mexican, Tapas, and Seafood (lobster is outstanding!) were superb. There are 3 restaurants available for Breakfast and lunch are excellent as well. There are too many bars to name, opening at 9:00 AM and staying open until very late. If for some reason you can’t make it to the 8 dinner restaurants, the 24 hour room service is also outstanding! The FREE mini-mar stocked with all your favorites makes it easy to enjoy a drink out on your balcony without having to dress for dinner.
Excellence Playa Mujeres has nightly entertainment in the huge and plush theater area. The shows are professional and excellent quality, we especially enjoyed the Michael Jackson tribute (MJ impersonator is one of the best we have seen) and the circus (with International performers including some of the best gymnasts we have ever seen from Cuba).
We will definitely recommend Excellence Playa Mujeres to our friends and we hope to return (why mess with perfection!) This is not the first time we’ve used Berwick Travel. Kelly has done a great job even when we had a big group (5 couples) going from different locations and meeting up, we all had a positive experience. We also used Kelly to arrange our daughter’s honeymoon. Kelly has been a pleasure to work with in setting up our plans and we will continue to request her help with future trips.

Excellence Playa Mujeres was the best vacation experience we have ever had, and we are very well seasoned travelers. From walking up the steps to enter the resort, to walking back down upon departure the staff was attentive and friendly. Not an unhappy employee to be found! They were all very respectful and were sure to use our last names the next time they greeted us.
We enjoyed all of the restaurants with excellent menu choices and presentation matching the well balanced flavors of gourmet prepared food. All the chefs are to be commended. We became especially fond of one particular waiter, Alfonso who seemed to appear at each restaurant we were eating. About halfway through our trip he would show up at our breakfast table right after being seated with exactly what he knew we liked to drink. And, at a table of four persnickety adults each having very specific desires, we were impressed with his attention to detail. We cannot wait to see him again next year.
We are also impressed with the cleanliness and constant diligence to strive for perfection by the maintenance and housekeeping staff. Throughout the day and night you see people cleaning and maintaining every aspect of the resort, from your room to common areas and pools. Nothing was ever left unattended.
Upon returning home, I have already forwarded the Excellence Playa Mujeres website on to several friends and family and recommended they use Berwick to make the arrangements. Kelly with Berwick was extraordinarily helpful. She was recommended to us by our Uncle and Aunt who were also going on this trip with us to celebrate my Uncle’s 60th birthday. When we had to adjust our dates after booking she went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. The transfers from the airport to resort went extremely smooth and went without a hitch. We couldn’t have been more spoiled or happy on this kind of vacation!

Excellence Playa Mujeres was, well as the name states, nothing but Excellence. The staff were all very pleasant, the food was good, the pools were great, and the beach was fine although there was plenty of what we would term sea grass; however, the beach maintenance people were working hard to clean it up. Lois, the beach waiter, was a trip. We made a special trip to the beach our last day to say goodbye.
Breakfast at Barcelona every morning was super. Toscana for an Italian dinner was our favorite. We would absolutely recommend Excellence Playa Mujeres to others. The room was great; however, we were in building 4 which may have been a little further away from the beach and main pool, but it offered the privacy we liked. We only have one comment about the spa and hydrotherapy – AWESOME!
We would highly recommend having the photographer take pictures on the beach. We had them take our pictures and ended up purchasing 12 of them for what we thought was a very fair price. We were able ! to look at them the next day and had a CD made, so we can make as many copies as we would like. It will make a nice honeymoon album.
Susan at Berwick Travel was very timely with every aspect of the arrangements and email communications. I did ask about the cost of golf but did not hear anything back which is fine because we were not sure about golfing anyway….maybe next time. In conclusion, our Honeymoon will be remembered for all of time for sure!

We both loved Excellence Playa Mujeres. The grounds were beautiful, the rooms were great. We stayed in an Excellence Club Roof Top Terrace. There were full bottles of liquor in the room and we changed them to the liquor we preferred. Food was great, room service great. The beach was good up until Hurricane Ida, the storm churned up the sea grass and the beach was closed for two days so they could clean it up. Pool servers and beach servers were all excellent. I would definitely recommend this resort to others.

We all had a great time at Excellence Playa Mujeres! When we checked in they upgraded us to an oceanview room in building 8 with the Excellence Club – all 4 of us. My in-laws enjoyed going there for a quiet place to meet people and have a cocktail while watching the news. It was really windy nearly everyday, but warm. It was in the 70’s and 80’s most of the time. The pools were almost too cold to enjoy at this time of year (December), but the ocean was warm and made use of the kayaks and catamarans. The watersport staff – Abraham, Roberto, and others were very warm and helpful. Stan booked a couple of diving trips through them.
The restaurants at Excellence Playa Mujeres were all fabulous. All of the staff went out of their way to make everything special. One night we went into the Flavor Market and asked if we could just have dessert and coffee there since we had already had dinner. They brought us in, gave us a table, and proceeded to bring out a sampler platter of every dessert they had! When I had asked about what one of the special profiterole’s contained, they brought out the chef to speak with us! Then the manager made a paper rose for my mother-in-law. That is just one example of the special effort the staff made. We hated to leave. We began to feel like part of the family after a few days.
The activities staff had quite a few fun things I participated in, such as Texas hold em lessons, aquaerobics, rifle shooting, bicycle tour, salsa dancing lessons. The gym was packed with brand new fabulous equipment, which we should have used more…
We went to the spa frequently. It was beautiful, and it was really nice because if you had a treatment such as a massage, you had full use of the hydrotherapy pool and treatment, and the husbands were able to use it too after the wives had their treatments! Is there anything else I can tell you about Excellence Playa Mujeres??

I was concerned that Excellence Punta Cana would not compare well to our previous trip to Royal Hideaway in Mexico, but it did!! The resort itself is very lovely and very clean, well laid out, gorgeous pool and beautiful beach with the softest sand I’ve ever walked on – best beach I’ve ever seen and experienced.
The staff was friendly and efficient, and the food was delicious with many, many options and the drinks were very much enjoyed by all. Did not experience one bad meal!!

Our fourth visit to Couples Swept Away, and as expected it was a very enjoyable and relaxing vacation. The staff is unbelievably friendly, helpful and efficient, the grounds are lush and immaculate, the beach is great and the food above average in all locations throughout the resort. They have remodeled the bathrooms in the old section of the resort (which we prefer)and they are currently equipping the older rooms with mini bars in response to long-term suggestions. It is a great place to vacation and enjoy all the amenities.

Couples Negril has got to be the best vacation I’ve ever taken. The hotel is beautiful, the landscaping is breath taking and the beaches are straight out of a post card. I’ve never come across such friendly staff and impressive service. They take the “all inclusive” to a whole new level.
We felt so relaxed and at home, it was truly a sad moment when we had to leave. Due to such a short stay, we have already committed ourselves to returning next year with the same group of people to the same place. Jamaica has left a lasting imprint in our hearts and memories we’ll have to share for a lifetime.
If you visit Negril, you can’t leave without going to Rick’s cafe for the sunset, great music and the cliff diving! My husband and I both participated in the experience and it was so worth the racing heartbeat right before.

Couples Swept Away is a fantastic resort! This was our 6th visit to Couples and Couples Swept Away is by far, the best. The beachfront room was worth the extra expense and we would highly recommend a beachfront verandah suite. Lots of activities (tennis and instruction were fantastic) and the food was delicious with an emphasis on healthy but tasty dishes. Steve, as always, was great and a pleasure to work with. We are already thinking of going back to Couples Swept Away for a week in the Fall.

Secrets Maroma Beach is lovely…the rooms are clean and well furnished…nightly turn down service with chocolates. The pool area was gorgeous…..chefs in white hats passed food (appetizers and ice cream) little sandwiches and REAL tacos around the pool in the afternoon. The food was all good, pasta station was excellent (in World Cafe). We highly recommend Secrets Maroma Beach for those who appreciate service and a more relaxed atmosphere. Secrets Maroma Beach was beautiful and all of the staff was very friendly. The staff made sure you were accommodated with anything you requested. The pool was always clean and the right temperature. One of the pools was heated and one pool was not heated. The beach was clean(staff cleaned up the seaweed every morning at the crack of dawn.
Jose was our favorite employee. He worked the pool area as a waiter for food and drinks. Our favorite restaurant was the Italian Restaurant. We would definitely recommend this resort to others. Tracy at Berwick Travel did an excellent job at answering my questions and arranging my honeymoon at Secrets Maroma Beach. When I first contacted Berwick I was unsure where my husband and I would take our vacation. I was leaning towards Secrets Maroma and after Tracy answered a few of my questions I was sure it would be a good fit. Boy, was she right.
My husband had never experienced an AI before. We wanted a variety of restaurants and cuisine. We also wanted modern yet warm decor. Secrets Maroma delivered! We were greeted with champagne and a warm towel upon arrival. All of the staff were very helpful and always offered a cheerful smile and an “Hola”. They would go our of their way to make sure that your needs were met. We had a great time with Fernando at the Tequila Tasting. He is also manager at a couple restaurants and gave us gold star treatment.
My husband and I love food and we were not disappointed. Sure not everything was perfect. Nevertheless, there was enough to keep us more than satisfied. Our favorite restaurant was El Patio. Ask that they cook the fish “soft” so not to have it over cooked. The chocolate dessert is worth taking another trip. I actually really enjoyed Bordeaux. My meal was oh so tasty. Sure, it may not have been like food in Paris or Montreal but it was close.
The pools were nice but we spent most of our time at the beach. You can’t beat the crystal blue view while being served popsicles, hamburgers and beverages. There was very little seaweed which I have heard can be an issue at other resorts.
We loved our room. After a 10 day stay it felt like home. We had a partial ocean view and could see the blue waters peaking from behind palm trees each morning. There is a safe that is secure and plenty of closet space. We found the bed comfortable. The jacuzzi tub was not what I expected. I thought it would be at the balcony but it was in the bathroom. Nonetheless, we used it and loved it.
We visited during Tropical Storm Ida and it did rain a good bit. If you worship the sun you would have been disappointed. However, when life gives you lemons you have margaritas….we enjoyed the board games Secrets Maroma provided as well as the mixed drinks! We made great friends over a good game of Monopoly. They also offered poker, black-jack and more.
My husband and I would return to Secrets Maroma Beach in a heartbeat. I typically do not like to repeat vacation destinations but I will return to Secrets Maroma….it was that great…rain and all! I would recommend using Berwick Travel. They are easy to get in touch with and thorough. Our transfers from the airport and travel were smooth and easy. Thank you so much!!!

Dreams Riviera Cancun overall was very nice. For the most part the staff was very nice and accommodating, however we did have one rude waiter in the Himitsu restaurant. The food was good. Carlos at Oceana was great. The pools were very pretty but a bit chilly. The beach was very pretty and not too crowded. There was seaweed but they did clean it off with a tractor. I would recommend Dreams Riviera Cancun to others, however I don’t know that we will be back because we would like to see other places. The documents we had from you guys was everything that we needed and it was nice to have the black bag to carry them in. American Express had our transportation all lined out and Alex helped us to set up some excursions. He was very helpful.

Dreams Riviera Cancun was beautiful, very clean, staff was extremely accommodating and friendly. Food was very good and many restaurants from which to choose. Nice beach and pools. One complaint was the lack of beach/pool lounges and lack of lounges in shade. It was necessary to get up at 5:00 AM just to get a lounge chair. The other complaint was that children took over all of the pools (even the adult pool) as well as the jacuzzis, which were supposed to be adults only. As a result, our next Mexico resort will be adults only.

Dreams Riveria Cancun was an excellent choice for a family vacation. The beach was beautiful as well as the pools, restaurants, rooms and facilities. El Patio was our favorite dining experience… Our waiter Marco was very entertaining and attentive, a true pro. The Barracuda bar staff (Eloy, Sal and Jose) were fun and efficient, treating all guests (including children) as if they were someone special.
There were only a few minor drawbacks to the accommodations… Lack of storage for clothes and luggage (We had a plunge pool room, 2 dbl beds + rollaway for a family of four), Lack of an adult only pool (or enforcement of such), and poor lighting in the vanity area. Overall this resort was excellent and I would recommend to friends and family.

Dreams Punta Cana was beautiful. The pool was wonderful and large the water temp was just right. The pool expands through the whole center of the resort.
We had an eternity package with a honeymoon suite it was very clean and room service was very good twice per day. The spa was completely lovely and relaxing. The beach was clean with plenty of sitting. They had lots of programs and stuff to do everyday.
The food was good and the service was very good too. The one negative was that room service is 24 hours but limited to a small lunch style menu and you can not get deserts sent to your room after a certain time of night. We were not happy with the room service menu but the room service itself as far as the service personnel was good. Also, in the morning basically you only had the choice of one restaurant for breakfast which is the buffet and it is pretty much the same stuff each day and got old fast. They only have one restaurant open in the morning and one to three at the lunch time. At dinner there are like 4 of the 7 restaurant open per night. We would have liked more variety at the breakfast and lunch times and a room service breakfast menu which there is not one.
As far as our booking experience… that was wonderful. Susan was great and answered all my questions in a timely fashion. We loved the way our travel documents came in a nice pouch with everything including extra copies to leave at home for our loved ones. Our experience was very positive we are even considering taking our kids next year. We would definitely use Dreams Punta Cana again (and are hopeing the restaurant selection improves) and use Berwick again for our travel needs as well as recommend both to others.

I still can’t believe how great of a time we had at Dreams Punta Cana during the Super Bowl! Canoes full of bottled beer, and ‘referees’ delivering snacks & drinks! The resort is just amazing – what a pool! The pool bar is a great hang-out, Martin is the best. The beach is huge, and it was easy to let our kids roam the beach area since it’s not crowded like Cancun. Wavy ocean, but it’s the Atlantic and we expected it – great bodysurfing.
Dining was excellent, especially Himitsu, and our Swim Out room made for the perfect stay. But the best part was the staff – in only a day they all knew our names, including our kids, and always greeted us with a smile. Can’t wait to go back!

For your information this resort was very family orientated, but does offer a very quiet area for adults only with one adults only eating area as well. The water activities they offered were great, it was great that the entire area was a guarded community, there is a little area within walking distance with some shops, dolphin activities, a few eating establishments, etc., a very nice area. We all couldn’t say enough about the friendly, accommodating, wonderful staff at the resort. Thank you!

Valentin Imperial Maya was amazing the staff was awesome and super nice every second of everyday. The food was great we ate very well when we were there. The pools were perfect great swim up bars were great. The employees were great from the get go from the time we were picked up from the airport to the time we were dropped off we never had a rude or not happy employee. We left one day to go to Playa del Carmen and after we left we knew there was no reason to leave again because our resort had everything we needed. Great people great food great resort.

The service was fantastic. The staff was always pleasant and accommodating. Ask for anything, and chances are you’d get it right away. The rooms were very, very nice. Clean. Well-cleaned every day. They would even refresh the towels in the evening if you were out of the room if they could sneak in to turn down the bed.
And the food: the king of England doesn’t eat any better. Great variety. Fantastic quality.
Activities: they had something for everyone all day long, from just sitting around a number of pools reading – the guests at this resort are real readers! – that were always clean, to many other activities people could take advantage of during the day and the evening.
They have live entertainment every night. For young people, they have a live, modern music band that on some days played until 2:00 a.m. Our building was a little too close to the band and our room faced it – we usually are in bed by 11:00 p.m. – but it was impossible to begrudge the many young people who were there having a great time. The only thing was we were jealous because we couldn’t afford something like the Valentin when we were in our 20’s!!!
The beach was great as were the swimming pools. The beaches were cleaned regularly. One really nice thing about the beach is the public beach stretched for nearly a mile up the coast. Terri and I very much enjoyed walking it. Most people did not take advantage of it, staying closer to the hotel’s beach area. That actually made it even nicer because we had so much of it to ourselves.
They had long hours at the restaurants to accommodate early eaters and late eaters. We heard that room service was great although we didn’t try it ourselves. Denny and Julie did, and seemed to like it a lot.
If we get to go to the Yucatan peninsula again, I know we would want to return to the Valentin because it was so great. Terri had me make sure to keep the guide they give out when you arrive so that we can use it for planning the next time we go.

The Valentin Imperial Maya was very nice and quite large. Check in was efficient, the pool was HUGE, and the beach was pretty. They could use more palapas – if you didn’t claim one by 6:30 am, you didn’t get one.
The food was good. The french restaurant was our favorite. Ask for waiter Samuel Garcia. He is wonderful.
We were in building three. It was the perfect location for us. Close to the pool, bars, and restaurants. I would recommend this resort to others. I have no real complaints about it. I couldn’t help compare the Valentin to Iberostar Maya. I think they are pretty close but would choose Iberostar the next time.

The Valentin Imperial Maya is very nice resort. I go to Playa del Carmen area at least once or twice a year, I stay at 4-5 star resorts, and the Valentin Imperial Maya was excellent. I was very thankful that our room was upgraded, I know Steve had sent them an e-mail letting them know I was down there for my birthday and they came thru…Great beautiful resort with choice of different restaurants and also different pools.
I liked Berwick because there was a fast response, not only was I reached by e-mail I received a call and the main thing is you guys beat all the prices…keep up the good work!

We were greeted at Valentin Imperial Maya with champagne and smiles. The Golden Junior Suite was huge, beautiful and very clean!! Two flat panel TVs, two balconies and a jacuzzi for two that was perfect. The beds were the most comfortable we’ve had in all of our stays in Mexico.
Food was excellent with 6 a la carte restaurant options each night. Being a party of 6, we waited well over an hour each night to be seated. It did not seem to matter what time we aimed for either. This did not seem to be as much of a problem for smaller groups or couples.
There were bars everywhere. The restaurant servers, bartenders and room staff were great – Irving & German were awesome!!!! They seemed to enjoy their jobs and do their best to make you happy.
Valentin’s main pool is huge, clean and beautiful with plenty going on to keep you busy all day if you choose. The meandering pool by our room was much quieter and less crowded if that is what you prefer. There was also a 3rd pool, the activities pool for volleyball etc.
The beach was clean & beautiful. It was windy everyday so the water was rough and swimming was not recommended. But the beach bar was always fun!!!
The layout of Valentin Imperial Maya is nice and spread out. The grounds are beautiful, impeccably landscaped and manicured so walking around is enjoyable. Never mind the need to work off the extra calories we consumed while we were there!!! Our rooms were at the furthest point from all the restaurants as well as the main lobby but like I said we enjoyed (needed) the walks.
Clean…….everything is kept so clean which is not easy considering everything is open to the outdoors.
There are so many great things about Valentin Imperial Maya that I would like to mention but I could go on for a long time…… The biggest negative for us was that dinner was an all night affair. We would hang out at the courtyard/bar waiting to be buzzed for dinner which was usually fun in itself. Dinner was still very good every night but it took so long that we missed the shows some nights because we were still eating. It would have been nice to have one non-a la carte restaurant option for dinner.
Lunches by the beach were great and breakfast at La Marche were great too with Mimosas and/or Bloody Marys always calling our names! The work out room is small with not much to offer but instead try an early morning run around the resort. Keep your eyes open as there is always plenty of wildlife around to enjoy!!
Overall Valentin Imperial Maya is really wonderful and the few negatives mentioned here were not real showstoppers at all. I do highly recommend this resort.

Hi Susan – We miss Punta Cana already! The Iberostar Grand Bavaro was absolutely wonderful. The best all-inclusive we have been to. It has spoiled us! The food was great. I hate to say that I almost got tired of eating grilled lobster tail, king crab legs and stone crab claws for both lunch and dinner.
The service was excellent and attentive. The staff were friendly. The entertainment was excellent.
The only shortcoming was that we were initially placed in a 4th floor room on the east side of the hotel that overlooks an undeveloped lot. The view was very undesirable. We talked with the front desk and the second day we were moved to a 4th floor room that overlooked the pool and had a beautiful ocean view. We would have been very disappointed had we been unable to relocate rooms.
The rooms and hotel are beautifully appointed and decorated. I highly recommend this resort. The beach is great. We took 6-8 mile walks everyday. We checked out a lot of other hotels in this area trying to find a resort that appealed to us that allowed kids. We did not see anything that interested us.
We would like to go back to Dominican Republic and would be interested in your suggestions on other all-inclusive resorts (La Romana, Bayahibe, Puerto Plata, other areas of Punta Cana) that allow teenagers.
Again, the Iberostar Grand Bavaro is a real gem, a 20 out of 10 – FABULOUS!

We enjoyed all of the restaurants with excellent menu choices and presentation matching the well balanced flavors of gourmet prepared food. All the chefs are to be commended. About halfway through our trip he would show up at our breakfast table right after being seated with exactly what he knew we liked to drink. And, at a table of four persnickety adults each having very specific desires, we were impressed with his attention to detail. We cannot wait to see him again next year.

El Dorado Casitas Royale was absolutely amazing. From the moment we stepped into the lobby until the time we left we were constantly saying wow. I’ve never seen a more well maintained property and the best part was they maintained it without the use of tons of power equipment so there was no noise.
The staff at El Dorado Casitas Royale were some of the best people I’ve ever come in contact with. Whether it be the gentleman watering the lawn or the bartender, or the waiter, they were all wonderful. You couldn’t walk past them without an “hola” coming from them before you could even form the word. Our favorite staff members were Enrica, our bartender, he was truly awesome and a lot of fun. Our beach butlers, Marecio and Ignunsio, were hilarious and kept us in whatever we needed so we could just lay there on the beach and relax. Our beach waiter, Cindy, worked extremely hard, she was quiet but remembered what drink you enjoyed. Every single waiter and hostess was great but I think my favorite hostess was at La Fondue. She was lively and having fun.
El Dorado Casitas Royale’s food was simply amazing. We ate to our hearts content and our bellies were about to explode with joy. My favorite for breakfast was Cocotal. I never knew there could be so many choices for breakfast! You could truly hurt yourself eating there every morning! The only questionable meal I had involved shrimp and the waiter was more than happy to rectify the situation. All I can here is be ready to try different foods and love them!
The pool outside our room was great. We did have a little trouble one day when it became overrun with some folks from the Royale but that was taken care of and they didn’t come back. The pool was clean and the water was warm, it was great.
I loved El Dorado Casitas Royale’s beach beds! My husband and I are somewhat fair skinned and burn easily but when we were tired of the sun but didn’t want to go in we just hit the beach bed. Next time I go I will take water shoes since it is a bit rocky.
I would most definitely recommend this resort and this travel agency to everyone I know. I would rather do this resort than a cruise anytime. Susan with Berwick Travel was wonderful at explaining everything to me and taking care of everything so that we felt comfortable.

We stayed at El Dorado Royale and after booking read some online reviews of the resort. I would like to respond to a couple reviews that felt the food was only ok and that serving sizes were small. Yes, portions are smaller than us Americans are used to, but we found them to be perfect. You could actually eat a salad, entree and dessert (which is what their Gourmet Inclusive concept is all about) with a couple drinks and not feel uncomfortable. I would say this is the perfect amount of food, especially when you spend 90% of the day in a swimsuit! The food quality we also found to be excellent with beautiful presentation.
El Dorado Royale’s pools and gardens were beautiful, housekeeping was efficient and non-intrusive. Concierge service very good. The resort was large enough that it didn’t feel crowded, but small enough that you could walk anywhere you wanted to go.
I would also like to say that this is our second trip with Berwick Travel and once again we were 100% satisfied. We referred another couple who traveled with us this time, they too were happy with the ease of using Berwick Travel. Thanks to Tracy, Berwick Travel, and El Dorado Royale for making our adult getaway flawless!

We were at El Dorado Seaside Suites about 5 years ago, and just returned from our second trip. The renovations they did are amazing; the rooms are gorgeous! The furniture in the common areas/near the main stage and netted beds on the beach give the whole resort a romantic feel (it looks exactly like it does in the photos).
We have visited other resorts in the area and I have to say that El Dorado Seaside Suites has very clean grounds with beautiful, lush landscaping. The watersports equipment was in good condition. El Dorado Seaside Suites has a large reef that you can snorkel in. Lots of docks. The beach was clean, no seaweed on the resort grounds.
The food is great for an all-inclusive. Everything tasted very fresh. The new Asian restaurant had wonderful ambiance. They served sushi and spicy stir-frys. It was a good mix of Chinese, Japanese and Thai foods. The Mexican restaurant had great food and fabulous desserts. Ask for the Mayan Coffee!! There is also 24-hour room service that would get to your room within 30 minutes. The bars now have “brand” liquors instead of generic stuff.
Of course, the staff at El Dorado Seaside Suites is working hard to ensure that your stay is worry-free! They are so helpful, gracious and inject humor into your daily activities. Everyone says “Hola” as they pass you by. The staff definitely will go out of their way to accommodate you and make you feel like you are the most important guest.
There was always plenty of space around the pools and at the beach so you could always find a quiet spot to yourself. The pools were never crowded and you could always get a lounge chair no matter what time of day it was.
El Dorado Seaside Suites is a great resort. Our vacation was wonderful, relaxing, rejuvenating, and romantic. Would highly recommend it and would definitely visit again. Some people say that you get bored at one resort for a week, but I don’t agree. How can you be bored when you walk out of your suite and see the beach and feel the sun? Especially when you know there’s another snowstorm back home!

Riu Palace Cabo San Lucas was very clean and could see workers cleaning all the time. We had gone to the Japanese restaurant and had excellent service and food. Views from our suite were amazing, and the beach is beautiful. Strong currents, so we didn’t swim a lot, but we spent plenty of time relaxing. Overall, everything was great!! I wouldn’t hesitate recommending the Riu Palace Cabo San Lucas to anyone.

Great time, Now Jade Riviera Cancun is a lovely resort! Seemed more “compact”, not crowded, than other resorts which we have stayed. We seem to prefer no more than two (2) floors and more open space. The staff and service was great. No reservations worked well. Food and service was good, first seating at restaurants went well second seating was slow which seemed to be result of not having busboys to reset the vacant tables. Found that seating 5 or more at dinner was difficult. Remedy was to break our group down to know more than 4 per table and look for tables next to each other. Seemed strange but was much faster than waiting for large table. Recommend going to dinner between 6PM and 6:45PM, for fast seating.

The Majestic Colonial Punta Cana is Majestic indeed. I loved it. I wish I would’ve stayed 10 nights instead of 7 so I could have had more days at the pool/beach. I am a big fan of the Dominican Republic now. The people are beautiful and staff was top notch. Superb! Hardest working staff I think I’ve ever seen. Wow! Seafood Restaurant was great! I loved the lobster. Animation team was great & International Show was the best. The pictures don’t do the resort justice…it’s unbelievably beautiful. can’t wait to get back there. This was by far one of the best resorts I’ve ever visited. Service was superior and the process with Tracy was seamless. We loved it and will surely go back. I’m still sad to be home.

The Majestic Elegance Punta Cana was wonderful. I could rave about every aspect, great service, beautiful rooms, grounds, pool areas. And by far the best food of any resort we have visited in the Caribbean (and we have been to many.) The staff in every area went out of their way to accommodate any request we had. By the end of the first full day, the staff knew our names and were always seeking to see if we needed anything!
The beach area of the resort was immaculate, very few vendors trying to sell trinkets, plenty of Palapa huts and lounges, and the Majestic Elegance staff was attentive to everyone while they were on the beach as well as in the service areas.
We have never had an easier time with our flights, connections, transfers… When our T.I. tags were noticed on our luggage arriving in Punta Cana, we were whisked right through with no stopping and on our way in minutes to our resort. Also having an agent right at the resort was an added benefit – she was very helpful with excursions.
We had a wonderful vacation and I would highly recommend Majestic Elegance Punta Cana and Berwick Travel to all.

The Moon Palace property is what made the vacation the greatest! The resort was like a city in its self and we had never left it we would have been just as happy. The couple of times we did go other places we felt like we could have just stayed at the resort and had as much fun and been less tired! The only slight negative was the beach itself. I am one that really likes to enjoy the beaches and this one was just average. The wedding was so magical! Pilar and the resort made me feel like a princess! We loved the Punta Cana Princess and the people. The beach was sooo nice. The whole place was spotless. On the buffets there was food for every taste. I liked being able to go to the other resorts and I liked our resort being adults only. The VIP plan was good advice and it was well worth the extra. Restaurants were great! A lot of variety. The restaurants were very good and the buffets were just fine. Bartenders were nice and very funny! I have alot of trust in Berwick and in dealing with Tracy. She has made good recommendations and we have had three great trips through Berwick.

The Grand Palladium Jamaica Lady Hamilton and staff were amazing! The pool is so large that even at spring break there was no trouble finding a lounge chair and the pool never seem crowded. The beaches were nice – the activity beach being the best. The food was outstanding, lots of variety and never much of a wait. There were always activities going on around the pool. The guests at the Grand Palladium Lady Hamilton were so nice also. Our favorite employees were the activity staff, Mr. Go, Bond, Happy Feet and Buttercup and the crew were great with our teenage daughter. Would definitely recommend to others and go back!! Susan was wonderful with helping us make the arrangement and the last minute hassles with changing – she is the most patient and best rep!

Wonderful! Cannot say enough good things about the Grand Palladium Lady Hamilton. I would HIGHLY recommend this place to others. The employees, restaurants, beaches and pools were amazing. Only people who enjoy complaining would complain about it. Berwick Travel was awesome. I learned by talking to other people at the resort that we got a much better price than several people (even though we were traveling from a greater distance and our room was better).
